I have a retail store. Am I able to purchase Lake Press products with a trade discount?
Yes, you just need to fill out a Retailer Account form and you will be signed up straight away to receive a large discount on all Lake Press products. The details of the discount and program will be emailed to you once you complete the form.
Can the general public purchase from the Lake Press website?
Yes, anyone can shop the Lake Press website at full RRP.
When will my order be sent?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 3 business days. You will receive an email once it has been dispatched, which will include tracking details.
What are your order timings for pre-Christmas delivery?
Order deadlines for pre-Christmas delivery:
To VIC, NSW, ACT & SA: Order by 21 December 2025
To QLD: Order by 18 December 2025
To TAS: Order by 17 December 2025
To WA & NT: Order by 16 December 2025
Note: The Lake Press distribution centre will close for a short break over Christmas, from 23 December 2025 until 5 January 2026.
How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by StarTrack.
Where can my order be shipped?
Orders can be sent within Australia to a business or residential physical address. We are unable to send orders directly to PO boxes or lockers.
What is the shipping cost?
All orders over $100 will receive free shipping within Australia. For orders under $100, there is a $10 shipping charge within Australia
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount.
I have a general enquiry about my existing order, who do I contact?
General enquiries about your existing order can be directed to orders@lakepress.com.au. Please include your order number in the email.
What if I order something that is out of stock?
We only display titles on our website if they are in stock. However if there is a discrepancy and you order something out of stock, we will contact you. We will refund you for any unavailable items as we do not offer backorders. Lake Press maintains the right to cancel any orders for unavailable stock.
What payment options are there?
Payment for orders on the website is by credit card.
By request, Retailers can select 30-day terms. For Lake Press Retailer accountholders with 30-day payment terms, invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the order date. Customers with outstanding invoices exceeding $1,000 must settle these balances before placing additional orders.
Who can apply for an Retailer Discount account?
The Retailer Discount program is for Australian Retailers only. All orders from these accounts can only be delivered to Australian addresses.
