Return Policy

RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT A RETAILER:

If you would like to return a product due to a change of mind, a fault, damage, or any other issue, please contact the retailer where you originally purchased the item. All returns, exchanges and refunds are handled directly by the retailer of purchase and are subject to their returns policy.

Change of mind

If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please email orders@lakepress.com.au and we can send you a Returns Form and get the process started. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. Returned items must be received in original condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur.

Damaged items

We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition and take care to package them securely. Please email orders@lakepress.com.au ASAP if any items in your order arrive damaged, and include a photo of the damaged item/s and package/s.

Faulty items

We take great care to create and deliver quality products. If you receive a rare faulty item, please let us know within 14 days of your delivery. Please email orders@lakepress.com.au with an explanation and a photo of the item, and we’ll send you a replacement.

Items out of Stock

Lake Press holds the right to cancel any order or items within an order. Lake Press will refund customers via the same payment method if this occurs and will notify you of this via email.
